Biography
Mohamad Fayez El-Hajj is a founding and managing partner of Hajj & Kanaan. He developed the firm's Aviation Law department and advises on the legal aspects of the sector.
He also co-manages the Business & Corporate Law practice, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, company incorporation and restructuring.
